Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued through the most suitable offline method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will only be issued to the original buyer and may require confirmation via phone or message.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to:
A defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
In such cases, we will arrange for return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
